* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Missouri River at Miami.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Low-lying rural areas outside of levees
  begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:40 PM CDT Monday the stage was 20.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    tomorrow evening and continue falling to 12.9 feet Monday,
    July 22.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
