...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa...

  Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Scott and Clinton
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY SUNDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S.

* WHEN...Until early Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, Moderate Flood Stage. Water affects homes
  along old U.S. Highway 61.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 11.7 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The river will fluctuate between 11.5 and
    11.8 feet through Saturday.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.7
    feet Friday morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    early Sunday morning.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
