Northwestern Dubuque County in northeastern Iowa... * Until 1215 AM CDT. * At 615 PM CDT, Emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area was causing water to cover roads west of New Vienna. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
