Areas of locally dense fog will affect areas across much of north-central and northeast Minnesota and far northern Wisconsin early this morning. Visibilities of 1/2 to 1/4 mile have already been observed, which should persist through the next couple hours. Visibilities are expected to improve after sunrise. If traveling early this morning, reduce your speed and use low- beam headlights when encountering foggy areas. A Dense Fog Advisory may be needed.
