High clouds will thicken from west to east today. A little light
rain will fall over the west today. Scattered, slightly heavier
showers and a few thunderstorms will develop across the west by
evening and move across the state from west to east through the
night. Only the Philly metro area has a good chance to stay dry
tonight. Highs today will range from the upper 70s on the
Allegheny Plateau to the upper 80s in the Lower Susquehanna and
Lower Delaware valleys. Nighttime lows will be in the 60s as the
humidity builds.

Showers and thunderstorms could be around at any time Saturday and
Sunday. Some heavy rain and minor flooding is possible, mainly on
Saturday and Sunday, with the highest chance for flooding to occur
on Sunday in the southeastern half of the state.

Highs on Saturday will be in the 70s in the central and
northeastern mountains, and 80 to 85 degrees elsewhere. Sunday
will likely be the muggiest day, but will feature slightly below
normal temperatures. Highs will only be in the 70s for most of the
Commonwealth, with lower 80s only in the southern counties.
