Scattered showers and thunderstorms should form once again this
afternoon and evening, with the greatest coverage over the higher
terrain of central and northeast PA. It is expected that heavy
downpours will accompany some of these storms. High temperatures
today will range from the lower 80s across the higher terrain, to
near 90 in the Lower Susquehanna Valley and the Philadelphia
metropolitan area.

The rest of the weekend will remain seasonably warm and sticky,
with afternoon highs both Saturday and Sunday in the 80s to near
90 degrees. Hit and miss showers and thunderstorms are anticipated
Saturday afternoon and early evening, with more numerous showers
and storms expected on Sunday.
