...Notable but below river flood levels expected on the Guadalupe
River...

For the Guadalupe River at Victoria.
* At 2:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 5.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet.
* Caution stage is 12.0 feet.
* Forecast:  The river is expected rise above caution levels by
  Tuesday evening and crest below flood levels Wednesday around 19
  feet. It expected to slowly fall through the remainder of the week.

rainfall could affect crest forecasts.
