...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT BEAUFORT...JASPER...COLLETON
AND HAMPTON COUNTIES UNTIL 7 PM EDT...

At 617 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Early Branch, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
  Walterboro, Yemassee, Hendersonville, Early Branch, Pocotaligo,
  McPhersonville, White Hall, Sheldon, Gardens Corner and Cummings.

This includes I-95 in South Carolina between mile markers 33 and 55.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
