...HAZARDOUS THUNDERSTORMS IMPACTING THE COASTAL WATERS...

At 659 PM EDT, a thunderstorm was located 8 nm south of Jimmy Leland
Tug, or 11 nm east of Capers Reef, moving southeast at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Winds up to 30 knots.

  IMPACT...Expect briefly stronger winds and suddenly higher waves.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and poor visibility in heavy rain. Boaters
should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes. Put on a
personal flotation device.
