At 942 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Port Royal
Sound, moving northeast at 20 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
  Hunting Island Reef, Fripp Island Reef, Fripp Island Wreck,
  Beaufort 45 Feet Reef, Betsy Ross Reef, Fripp Inlet Buoy, General
  Gordon, Saint Helena Sound, Pelican Bank, Port Royal Sound, Edisto
  Forty Reef, Hilton Head Reef, Fish America and Edisto Sixty Reef.
