...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1130 AM EDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast South Carolina, including the
  following county, Jasper.

* WHEN...Until 1144 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1131 AM EDT, Tropical Storm Debby produced between 7 and
    12 inches of rain across Jasper County since last Monday. The
    heavy rainfall has resulted in flooding along many rivers,
    creeks, and swamps across the county, especially along the
    Highway 17 corridor between Hardeeville to north of
    Ridgeland.
  - Flood waters are expected to remain near and along the
    Coosawhatchie and Tullifinny Rivers. In addition, areas
    around the Great Swamp, Bagshaw Swamp, and Bahama Swamp may
    see flood waters persist. Highway 17 has been closed in few
    locations.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Bluffton, Ridgeland, Bellinger Hill Area, Jasper, Port
    Wentworth, Hardeeville, Switzerland, Grahamville, Tillman and
    Old House.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
