  out 20 nm...
  Ocean Waters from Provincetown to Nantucket from 20 to 35 NM
  offshore...
  Ocean Waters from the Merrimack River to Plymouth from 40 to 60 NM
  offshore...

At 709 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
9 nm northeast of The Coastal Waters East Of Cape Cod, moving
northeast at 15 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Expect gusty winds to around 30 knots...briefly rough seas and
lightning strikes. Consider heading for safe harbor until this storm
passes.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible and keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
