.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
High pressure over the Atlantic will generate persistent southwest
winds through Wed. Marine fog will be possible at times particularly
during the overnight and early morning hours.  A few thunderstorms
will also be possible at times...particularly near shore during the
afternoon and evening hours. A cold front will be finally begin to
shift the winds to a W and eventually NW direction Thu or Thu night.
