...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN DOUGLAS COUNTY
THROUGH 1245 PM MDT...

At 1158 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Roxborough Park, or 18 miles south of Denver, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Southern Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, southwestern Parker,
Roxborough Park, Castle Pines, The Pinery, Louviers, Sedalia, and
Franktown.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Heavy rain is occurring with this storm, and may lead to localized
flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
