storms and heavier showers. Morning storms move out around 16Z,
before another round begins this afternoon at around 19Z.
Afternoon storms are expected to initiate in SE Oregon and Central
Idaho, and will generally propagate towards the NE. Mostly
typical afternoon winds through the forecast, but on Saturday a
big warm up comes at the same time as gusty winds in SE Oregon.
Right now the forecast calls for Red Flag conditions for Winds/RH
being met in Burns BLM and possibly SW portions of Vale BLM, but
will re-evaluate as we approach the end of our current Red Flags.
