...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Minnesota...Wisconsin...Iowa...

  Mississippi River at Lansing affecting Allamakee, Crawford,
  Houston and Vernon Counties.

  Mississippi River at La Crosse affecting La Crosse, Vernon and
  Houston Counties.

  Mississippi River at Guttenberg Dam 10 affecting Clayton and
  Grant Counties.

  Mississippi River at McGregor affecting Allamakee, Clayton,
  Crawford and Grant Counties.

  Mississippi River at Winona affecting Trempealeau, Buffalo and
  Winona Counties.

  Mississippi River at Wabasha affecting Buffalo and Wabasha
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Lansing.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 17.6 feet, water from the storm sewer system covers
  the 600 block of South Front Street.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 17.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 PM CDT Sunday was 18.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Wednesday morning and continue falling to 14.5 feet
    Sunday, July 14.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at La Crosse.

* WHEN...Until Monday, July 15.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, flooding begins to threaten homes in the
  Shore Acres area. Water begins to impact homes and businesses
  along La Fond Avenue and Bainbridge Street on French Island. Water
  begins to go over the road at Copeland Park with some water into
  the ball parks. Water is near the bottom of the Pettibone Beach
  shelter and water is nearly over the road at Houska Park near the
  wastewater treatment plant. Water also begins to spread into
  Riverside Park.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 14.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 PM CDT Sunday was 14.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Sunday, July 14.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

  water treatment facility is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 20.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 PM CDT Sunday was 20.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to remain near 20.5 feet
    over the next 24 hours before slowly falling for at least the
    following four days.

  - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 PM CDT Sunday was 15.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Thursday morning and continue falling to 11.4 feet
    Sunday, July 14.

  be flooded. Flooding is also possible along Lawrence Boulevard and
  Main Street East. Some businesses near the river may be flooded.

  - At 8:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 PM CDT Sunday was 13.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Saturday evening and continue falling to 11.8 feet Sunday,
    July 14.
