...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Wisconsin...Iowa...Minnesota...

  Mississippi River at Guttenberg Dam 10 affecting Grant and
  Clayton Counties.

  Mississippi River at La Crosse affecting La Crosse, Vernon and
  Houston Counties.

  Mississippi River at Wabasha affecting Buffalo and Wabasha
  Counties.

  Mississippi River at Lansing affecting Vernon, Crawford,
  Allamakee and Houston Counties.

  Mississippi River at McGregor affecting Grant, Crawford,
  Allamakee and Clayton Counties.

  Mississippi River at Winona affecting Trempealeau, Winona and
  Buffalo Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Guttenberg Dam 10.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday, July 16.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Sewer and street flooding begins to occur
  in Glen Haven, Wisconsin.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 18.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:00 AM CDT Tuesday was 18.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Monday evening and continue falling to 14.6 feet Tuesday,
    July 16.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at La Crosse.

* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 13.5 feet, Water goes over the road in the 600 block
  of Shore Acres Road. Many La Crosse River Marsh trails are under
  water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 13.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 14.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Sunday morning and continue falling to 11.2 feet
    Tuesday, July 16.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Wabasha.

* WHEN...Until early Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, The railroad underpass on Highway 60 may
  be flooded. Flooding is also possible along Lawrence Boulevard and
  Main Street East. Some businesses near the river may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 12.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 13.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Saturday morning and continue falling to 11.5 feet Tuesday,
    July 16.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

  Pumping operations are underway by the city of Winona, and dike
  patrols are started.

  - At 9:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 13.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:45 AM CDT Tuesday was 14.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    tomorrow evening and continue falling to 10.7 feet Tuesday,
    July 16.
