...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa...
Wisconsin...

  Mississippi River at Guttenberg Dam 10 affecting Grant and
  Clayton Counties.

  Mississippi River at McGregor affecting Crawford, Grant, Clayton
  and Allamakee Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Guttenberg Dam 10.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins to occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 15.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:00 PM CDT Tuesday was 15.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 12.2 feet
    Tuesday, July 23.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    15.2 feet on 09/29/2016.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at McGregor.

* WHEN...Until early Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 16.5 feet, Water may begin to go over the road
  covering part of Highway C near Highway 18.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 16.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:45 PM CDT Tuesday was 16.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    tomorrow evening and continue falling to 13.3 feet Tuesday,
    July 23.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    16.5 feet on 04/20/2014.
