...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WESTERN TEXAS...NORTHWESTERN
HANSFORD AND NORTHEASTERN SHERMAN COUNTIES THROUGH 1100 PM CDT...

At 1035 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6
miles north of Goodwell, or 8 miles west of Guymon, moving south at
20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Guymon, Goodwell, Hough, and Texhoma.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
