Saturday afternoon a band of rain sets up across much of the
Brooks Range and will remain there throughout next week. Cloud
cover will be dense with frequent showers and some isolated
thunderstorms possible. Ceilings will be below the area and
visibility within the clouds will be very limited. Southerly winds
gusting near the glacier of 20 to 30 knots possible through the
Monday. Relatively clear conditions tonight and early Saturday
morning will quickly deteriorate throughout Saturday as cloud
cover increases.
