.DISCUSSION...

High pressure will bring dry and mild conditions to the area
today and Thursday. Light and variable wind today will be replaced
by a 10 to 20 mph southeast wind on Thursday. Minimum relative
humidity values this afternoon will be in the 35 to 50 percent
range, with a similar range in humidity levels expected Thursday
afternoon.

...LOW FIRE DANGER...

Favorable weather conditions or a high moisture content of grasses,
and other dry organic material on the ground, indicate that the
probability of a fast moving fire is low.  Outdoor burning under
these conditions can usually be performed with reasonable safety
precautions, but should be monitored.


The outlook for Thursday afternoon...The grassland fire danger index
will reach the low category.
