...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL SAN MIGUEL AND EAST
CENTRAL SANTA FE COUNTIES THROUGH 215 PM MDT...

At 142 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Glorieta, or 13 miles southeast of Santa Fe. This storm was nearly
stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Pecos, Upper Colonias, Rowe, Glorieta, and Lower Colonias.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 293 and 311.
 State Road 63 between Mile Markers 0 and 10.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If threatening weather approaches your area, take shelter in a sturdy
building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
