MDT/145 AM CDT/ FOR WESTERN MELLETTE AND NORTHEASTERN JACKSON
COUNTIES...

At 1219 AM MDT/119 AM CDT/, severe thunderstorms were located along a
line extending from 6 miles south of Midland to 6 miles north of
George Town, moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
  Belvidere, Corn Creek, Cedar Butte, White River and Swift Bear.

This includes Interstate 90 in South Dakota between Mile Markers 137
and 174.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

building.
