...NWS Damage Survey for July 2, 2024 Tornado Event...

.Overview...Staff from the National Weather Service (NWS)
in Tucson conducted a damage survey of the tornado
which occurred on Tuesday, July 2nd. At this time,
the tornado was determined via pictures of damage. No injuries
or fatalities were reported. A summary of the event follows.

Survey Summary:
This tornado was a brief touchdown reported by storm damage from
following day. Damage includes lots of downed trees, a few big trees,
and a bit of roof damage where tiles were blown off.
