EXTENDED DISCUSSION... At least low thunderstorm chances will exist over the holiday weekend into the middle part of next week as a series of upper level disturbances move across the Plains. The highest thunderstorm potential is likely to be Sunday night into Monday as a complex moves across the area, with an attendant threat of severe weather and heavy rainfall.
