showers mostly in Madison, Franklin and Carroll counties in
Arkansas. Movement was to the east at around 25 mph. The average
amount where it rained last hour was around one tenth of an inch
with maximum amounts of one half to three quarters of an inch.
Coverage and intensity decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa
area forecast for late this afternoon and into this evening, mostly
cloudy, a chance of thunderstorms with temperatures 76 to 86 degrees
and northeast winds up to 10 mph.
