At 642 PM, National Weather Service radar detected isolated showers
north of I44 and west of highway 75. Showers were heaviest in Creek
county in Oklahoma and was more widespread in northcentral Oklahoma.
Movement was to the east at around 20 mph. Radar estimated
precipitation amounts were less than a tenth of an inch last hour.
Coverage decreased and intensity increased during the last hour. The
Tulsa area forecast for early this evening, mostly cloudy, a chance
of showers and thunderstorms with temperatures 75 to 86 degrees and
northeast winds 5 to 10 mph.
