...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL WASHINGTON AND
SOUTHWESTERN MARSHALL COUNTIES THROUGH 815 PM CDT...

At 737 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 4
miles northwest of Barnes, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Strong wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.  At 726 PM CDT, a mesonet station reported
         54 mph wind gust 2 miles south of Washington.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Marysville, Blue Rapids, Waterville, Greenleaf, and Barnes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for
north central and northeastern Kansas.
