...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN FERGUS COUNTY
THROUGH 515 PM MDT...

At 440 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Roy to 13 miles southeast of Lewistown.
Movement was east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Roy and Forestgrove.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Persistent rainfall from this slow-moving storm may lead to minor
localized flooding, especially in low lying areas. Do not drive your
vehicle through flooded roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
