060 FZUS52 KTAE 161749 SRFTAE Surf Zone Forecast National Weather Service Tallahassee FL 149 PM EDT Tue Jul 16 2024 .THE SURF ZONE FORECAST GENERAL OUTLOOK... Low surf heights of around 1 foot or less the next couple of days will lead to a moderate risk for rip currents at all area beaches. Generally southwesterly flow at around 5-10 mph each day will keep surf heights low; however, the late morning/early afternoon seabreeze developing on the Florida Panhandle may increase surf heights to around 1-2 feet each day. This may increase the rip current risk slightly at all Panhandle beaches the next couple of days.
