* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Panhandle Florida, including the following
  county, Bay.

* WHEN...Until 200 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1157 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Panama City, Lynn Haven, Panama City Beach, Callaway,
    Springfield, Hiland Park, Tyndall Air Force Base, Parker,
    Magnolia Beach, Gulf Lagoon Beach, West Panama City,
    Edgewater Gulf Beach, Biltmore Beach, Southport, Vicksburg,
    Bahama Beach, St Andrews State Park, Dirego Park, Bid-a-Wee
    and West Bay.
