.DISCUSSION...A dry and mild northwesterly flow aloft will remain
across the area today. Conditions today will be similar to what
was observed Saturday, with gusty northwest winds developing
across exposed upper slopes and ridgelines midday, while lower
slopes and canyon floors remain sheltered, with winds generally
being funneled up-canyon. With marginal overnight RH recovery
near 25%, humidity will fall below 15% by mid morning, and remain
near 10% through much of the afternoon. Winds will subside by
mid evening with marginal overnight RH recovery expected once again.
