This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for our Four-State area of southern
Arkansas, northern Louisiana, eastern Texas and southeast Oklahoma.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms remain possible today across
deep east Texas, much of Louisiana and portions of southern
Arkansas. Otherwise, more sunshine will bring back hotter
temperatures across northeast TX, southeast Oklahoma and southwest
Arkansas with the heat index climbing up to around 105 this
afternoon. We will see the chance for rainfall diminish and the
hot muggy air too with the setting sun this evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible in the new work
week, along with building heat areawide once again. The hot
temperatures along with plenty of humidity will allow for dangerous
heat index conditions for Monday and Tuesday. This heat may start to
relent during midweek with increasing chances for rainfall with
added cloud cover once again. Another approaching cool front will
pool moisture with better lift for much better than average chances
for thunderstorms on both Thursday and Friday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
