.DISCUSSION...
Hot and dry conditions will continue across the region until
Wednesday. Daytime high temperatures will continue to be in the
mid to upper 90s in most locations. Showers and thunderstorms
should return late Wednesday as a cold front slowly moves south
through the area. The highest rain chances should be Thursday
afternoon and evening. Rain chances will persist through the end
of the week and into the weekend as the front stalls just south of
the area. Cooler temperatures can be expected behind the front for
after Wednesday. Afternoon minimum relative humidity values will
range from 40 to 50 percent on Tuesday but will increase Wednesday
as the rain arrives. RH values should be well above 50 percent
Thursday and Friday.
