.DISCUSSION...

Around 5 AM on Saturday, valley fog and low clouds may reduce
visibility below 5 miles, which should lift out by 7 AM. Winds will
generally be W-NW through the day, gusting up to 17 mph at times.
Thunderstorms will be possible off the mountains, moving into the
valley, with the greatest chances being late morning through early
afternoon. Through tomorrow, chances will be 25% or less for storms
in the vicinity of the fire. With any storm, lightning and gusty
and erratic winds will be possible. Fire starts from dry lightning
will be possible. Similar conditions are expected Sunday morning as
well, with AM fog and low visibilities. Thunderstorms will once
again be possible late Sunday morning and Sunday afternoon, with a
lightning and strong wind gust threat.
