.DISCUSSION...Hot, dry weather prevails through Saturday.
Wide-scale northeast winds will give way to a local upslope
mountain breezes in the afternoon today, with a similar pattern
Saturday with wide-scale west winds but locally southwest eye-
level winds. Humidities will be lower than recent days as tropical
moisture retreats out of the area.
