1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure system, 29.70 inches, departs to the
eastern Great Lakes today, leaving a trough over Lake Huron
through the day. Weak high pressure then fills in on Sunday.
Another period of active weather is expected for the start of the
week as a frontal boundary moves in from the Midwest.
