HAZARD...Torrential rain with 2-3 inch per hour rates. Wind gusts up
to 30 mph.

IMPACT...Ponding of water on roads and flooded low lying spots like
ditches and culverts. Gusty winds could knock down tree
limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
