EDT...

At 830 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles northeast of Rocky Mount to 8 miles
northeast of Elm City. Movement was east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Rocky Mount, Tarboro, Princeville, Pinetops, Macclesfield, Hobgood,
Conetoe, Speed, Leggett, and Battleboro.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
