...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EDT THIS EVENING
FOR NORTH CENTRAL CHESTER COUNTY...

At 336 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the strongest thunderstorms
producing heavy rain have shifted south and east of the warned area,
however some additional showers continue. Between 1.5 and 3 inches
of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
         drainage and low lying areas.

Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  Elverson, Glenmoore, Pughtown, Lionville, Lionville-Marchwood,
  Chester Springs and Exton.

This includes Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 301 and 317.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
