.DISCUSSION...
Temperatures will remain very hot today through Wednesday, with very
low RH values. Nighttime recoveries will be fair to poor. Winds will be
relatively light through Tuesday. The ridge will break down around
Wednesday, bringing stronger winds combined with low RH, creating
elevated to critical fire weather conditions.  Temperatures start
drop slightly Thursday onward, but still above normal with low RH.
Overnight recoveries may be a bit better. Winds remains slightly
breezy Thursday, then will be a bit lighter into the end of the week.
