FOR SOUTHWESTERN ANTELOPE AND NORTH CENTRAL BOONE COUNTIES...
At 345 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 3 miles west of
Elgin, or 11 miles southwest of Neligh, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
