.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure area will
remain W and NW of the waters through early Mon and becoming
weaker Mon and Mon night. The area of high pressure will weaken
through Wed as a cold front approaches the northern waters later
Wed and Wed night. A low pressure trough will persist along the
California coast through Thu night, with a weak low developing
later tonight over the central waters tonight and becoming nearly
stationary Sun and Sun night then drifting NE Mon and Mon night
and eventually dissipating by Tue. High pressure will build in
from the W later Wed and Wed night and remained centered to the W
of the region through Thu and Thu night.
