.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure area will
remain W and NW of the waters through tonight and thereafter
become weaker Mon and Mon night. At the same time, a weak low
pressure center over the central California waters, will slowly
drift N and NE though Tue night, then dissipate by Wed. High
pressure will build in from N and strengthen Wed through Fri. A
low pressure trough will remain near the California coast tonight
through Fri night.
