Conditions given represent the highest within that period. Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than twice the significant wave height. Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. The National Weather Service is accepting public comments until July 29 2024 on a proposal to replace feet with meters when describing seas in a variety of National Marine Center text and graphical products for the Offshore and High Seas Areas only. The front will drift back to the SE late Sat then push offshore and move across the waters Sat night and Sun before dissipating Sun night. Another weak cold front will approach the coast Mon into Mon night, then dissipate Tue. A stronger cold front will approach the waters from the W Tue night.
