...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CLAIBORNE AND SOUTHWESTERN LEE
COUNTIES THROUGH 745 PM EDT...

At 701 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Noetown, or near Middlesboro, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
New Tazewell, Tazewell, Harrogate, Springdale, Cumberland Gap,
Arthur, Powell River Preserve, and Ewing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
