GREENE AND NORTHEASTERN HAMBLEN COUNTIES THROUGH 300 PM EDT...

At 221 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Russellville, or 11 miles east of Morristown, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Greeneville, Tusculum, Mosheim, Bulls Gap, Baileyton, St. Clair,
Kepler, McCloud, Romeo, and Mohawk.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
