.DISCUSSION...Warm and dry weather is expected Thursday and Friday with a
dry and stable southwest flow. Humidities are expected to be low each
day, with typical afternoon breezes.  A strong inversion will be in place
until about 10am, but a secondary inversion noted around 3000 feet won`t mix
out until around 2pm in the afternoon.  Similar conditions are expected
on Friday.

An upper low will move towards the  area Saturday and will brin a 10-15%
chance for thunderstorms over the area Saturday evening and night.
