.DISCUSSION...Extremely hot and extremely dry conditions with
unstable conditions in the lower atmosphere will persist as a
strong ridge remains over the area. The hottest and driest period
will be Saturday into Saturday night. Northwest to north winds
this afternoon and evening will be typically breezy, then trend a
bit stronger for Saturday and Sunday. Heat, low humidity, and
gusty winds are likely to remain a significant concern during next
week.
