This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the South Plains, Rolling
Plains, and the far Southern Texas Panhandle.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Thunderstorm chances will increase this afternoon and especially
this evening into tonight across the Caprock and Rolling Plains as a
strong cold front arrives. Some storms may be severe with a primary
hazard of damaging winds. Heavy rainfall will accompany the
thunderstorms tonight, resulting in the potential for localized
flash flooding, particularly in the Rolling Plains. |

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

An additional round of thunderstorms is forecast to affect portions
of the Caprock and Rolling Plains heading into Monday morning.
Locally heavy rainfall will accompany storms during the early
morning hours Monday. The severe weather threat is low for Monday.

Low storm chances remain in the forecast on Tuesday and Wednesday
evenings across portions of the Caprock Escarpment.
